Itinerary:
Picking you up from your lodgings in Mendoza we drive the 90 minutes to the Pentitentes ski resort with a stop for breakfast on the way.
Arriving around 9am, we have you kitted-out quickly. We provide everything you need from boots and skis to ski clothing, so all you have to do is bring yourself. Other than a break for lunch and hot drinks, you have the entire day to ski.
During the day a bilingual ski/snowboard instructor or guide accompanies you making sure you stay safe, happy, well fed, and hydrated.
Leaving in the late afternoon, the return journey is a good chance to relax in comfort the Argentine way, sharing a traditional mate or beer with the group. The day ends with your arrival back in Mendoza in the evening.

The Resort:
The closest ski resort to Mendoza city, Penitentes neighbors Mt. Aconcagua, and offers 700 acres of skiing serviced by 7 lifts. This accessible location offers consistently blue skies, dry snow and spectacular views of the 2nd highest mountain range in the world. Opened in 1979, the resort continues to be developed. The newest chairlift debuted in 2009, and the rental shop updates it equipment yearly. Plans are in the works for renovations of the inn and restaurant.
